Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie przez jednostkę naukową dla BUSINESS ECONOMIC GROUP Sp z o.o. (dalej BEG), receptury granulatów dwóch rodzajów masy ceramicznej na bazie czerwonej gliny do produkcji płytek ceramicznych w technologii monoporozy i gresu (rezultat projektu – innowacja procesowa). Zaznaczyć należy, że komercjalizacji (sprzedaży) będą podlegały receptury (technologia produkcji masy), a nie wyprodukowane w tej technologii płytki. To innowacyjne, oryginalne rozwiązanie, co najmniej na poziomie krajowego rynku. Powstałe receptury granulatów masy ceramicznej oparte będą głównie o krajowe surowce. Ich bazą będzie glina czerwona, z której obecnie nikt nie produkuje płytek typu gres, z kolei płytki produkowane w technologii monoporozy wykonane z czerwonej gliny są bardzo słabej jakości i dostępne jedynie w odcieniach czerwieni czerepu. Zakres projektu obejmuje: badania surowców podstawowych, wytypowanie i obliczanie wariantów składów mas, przygotowanie mas i próbek do badań oraz badania podstawowych parametrów fizykochemicznych, testy w skali ćwierć technicznej i półtechnicznej z włączeniem do prac ostatecznych odbiorców rezultatu projektu. W wyniku realizacji projektu BEG otrzyma gotowe do komercjalizacji, innowacyjne receptury granulatu masy ceramicznej do produkcji płytek ceramicznych, które docelowo pozwolą osiągnąć Firmie następujące rezultaty: poszerzenie oferty i rynków zbytu, wzrost sprzedaży i zwiększenie przychodów i rentowności, uruchomienie eksportu, rozpoznawalność Spółki na arenie międzynarodowej, możliwość realizacji innych innowacyjnych projektów.
