Pelo papel social que representa para o município e pela posição privilegiada que detém, a Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Mogadouro através deste projeto pretende desenvolver uma estratégia de intervenção formativa que permita a qualificação e inserção/reinserção no mercado de trabalho dos grupos mais desfavoráveis do seu concelho, atenuando assim os constrangimentos económicos, sociais e familiares que a situação de desemprego implica. Due to the social role it plays for the municipality and the privileged position it holds, the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Mogadouro through this project aims to develop a formative intervention strategy that allows the qualification and insertion/re-insertion into the labour market of the most unfavourable groups in its municipality, thus mitigating the economic, social and family constraints that the unemployment situation entails.
