The project results from a shared Needs Diagnosis, based on the analysis of various sources (Social Diagnosis Educational Project Statistics IEFP Studies of ADICE), and on pedagogical reflections of the entity, relying mainly on the close partnership relationship with the CQLF of Valongo, promoted by ADICE, as well as the collection of opinions from local partners and on the already acquired know-how in the areas of employment.
