The objectives of Esproarte are to promote professional and artistic training, to contribute to the cultural development of the country and of Trás-os-Montes, in particular, to boost the musical life and ensure the fixation of musicians in the region. This application aims to continue the work carried out over 28 years. Levels II and IV courses have ensured since 1990, the only possibility for young people in this region to be professionals in this area. (English)
