O projeto que ora se apresenta reporta-se à intervenção de requalificação de uma parte significativa dos espaços públicos do Bairro do Sobreiro, que evidenciam níveis de degradação acentuados e problemas de integração urbanística, incidindo sobre o setor norte do bairro, definindo uma nova área de jardim / parque urbano onde há alguns anos se realizaram demolições, bem como sobre a Rua das Mimosas, na envolvente de blocos já reabilitados. The present project refers to the intervention of requalification of a significant part of the public spaces of the parish of Sobreiro, which show marked levels of degradation and problems of urban integration, affecting the northern sector of the parish, defining a new area of garden/urban park where demolitions took place some years ago, as well as on Rua das Mimosas, in the surroundings of blocks already rehabilitated.
