Efetuado um reconhecimento e análise da rede de IP do Município, e tendo como prioridade realizar uma intervenção que maximize a eficiência energética através da redução do consumo de energia elétrica efetivo com o mínimo de investimento possível, efetuou-se o estudo luminotécnico que consubstanciam as opções técnico- lumínicas, propondo-se a troca integral de luminárias ineficientes por luminárias nova equipada com LEDs.
