The present operation is aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on skilled, creative and young entrepreneurship. It aims to implement innovative methodologies that facilitate and support a culture favorable to entrepreneurship in the neighbouring Customs Region of the Faith, so that it becomes a competitive territory, through the transfer of knowledge and innovation from the academic community to low-density territories.
