El proyecto consiste en el desarrollo a medida de una herramienta CRM con módulo de gestión documental, con acceso desde una aplicación web para los trabajadores del bufete y una app para clientes. La herramienta CRM permitirá gestionar la cartera de clientes de forma eficiente, y el módulo de gestión documental asociar y organizar la documentación de cada expediente y para cada cliente.En el CRM cada cliente tendrá una ficha con la información básica (Nombre, DNI/CIF, dirección, mail, persona de contacto, servicios contratados, etc.) y se podrá asociar un registro de actividad, incluyendo las llamadas realizadas, recordatorios, reuniones, etc. Los documentos se subirán al servidor cloud (almacenamiento en la nube) por los trabajadores del bufete, seleccionando cuales serán visibles también desde el acceso por app.La aplicación App para uso por los clientes se desarrollará para iOS y Android. El usuario podrá acceder con usuario y contrasena (facilitados por el administrador de la web), y dispondrá de las siguientes utilidades:- Acceder a los documentos asociados a su cuenta cliente.- Herramienta de búsqueda.- Consulta de procedimientos y contratos.- Acceso a noticias corporativas del bufete.El desarrollo será realizado por Mengisoft, empresa de ingeniería informática especializada en desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas para empresas. Comenzó su actividad en 2007, ubicada en el Parque Científico y Tecnológico GEOLIT. Su cartera de servicios incluye asesoramiento y consultoría informática, desarrollo de proyectos de innovación tecnológica y su implantación en entornos competitivos. Se estiman como necesarias para el desarrollo del actual proyecto 152 horas de consultoría según presupuesto presentado.Además de los desarrollos indicados, será necesario adquirir equipamiento hardware. Así, se contempla la adquisición de un servidor LENOVO con dos discos duros de 1TB, SAI, infraestructura backup (disk station para copia de seguridad), controladora RAID, switch 24 p, armario rack y elementos de instalación, 9 equipos informáticos LENOVO, 3 monitores de 23,8" y 4 de 21,5", 5 brazos ajustables para sujección de los monitores a la pared y 2 sistemas de proyección (proyector EPSON con pantalla mural 200x150, soporte techo y cable HDMI). Además, se incluye una licencia de Windows Server 2016 y licencia CAL 2016 para 5 usuarios (Client Access Licenses, derecho de acceso a servidor para 5 usuarios), además del coste del almacenamiento en nube (cloud server) por un ano (12 cuotas de 100 euros/mes). El bufete cuenta con 5 trabajadores (incluido el socio), si bien se requiere la creación de puestos adicionales para uso por parte de abogados asociados que colaboran con el bufete. Los sistemas de proyección, según indica la empresa, son necesarios para reuniones conjuntas del personal del bufete y para explicaciones a clientes sobre el uso de la aplicación.La inversión total presentada asciende a 25.039,49 euros. The user will be able to access with user and password (facilitated by the administrator of the website), and will have the following utilities:- Access the documents associated with his client account.- Search tool.- Consultation of procedures and contracts.- Access to corporate news from the firm. The development will be carried out by Mengisoft, IT engineering company specialised in the development of technological solutions for companies. It began its activity in 2007, located in the GEOLIT Science and Technology Park. Its portfolio of services includes IT consultancy and consultancy, development of technological innovation projects and their implementation in competitive environments. They are considered necessary for the development of the current project 152 hours of consultancy according to the budget presented.In addition to the developments indicated, it will be necessary to acquire hardware equipment.
