El proyecto presentado consiste en el diseno y el desarrollo de una herramienta de comunicación y gestión interna corporativa (Intranet) para Health Time S.L., con acceso de todas las empresas que conforman el Grupo empresarial. La Intranet HT será un canal de información interno de acceso y uso para el personal del Grupo. Facilitará el flujo de información corporativa, el intercambio de contenidos y opiniones entre la empresa y su equipo, creando además un espacio para compartir datos corporativos en la nube de manera segura.El contenido de la Intranet HT se irá actualizando periódicamente y se estructurará en cuatro secciones:1. INFORMACIÓN CORPORATIVA: nuestra marca, organigrama, manual de calidad, L.O.P.D., manual de estilo, newsletters, etc.2. EQUIPO HT: altas/bajas, relación de trabajadores, extensiones de telefonía, buzón de sugerencias, encuestas, noticias, formación, acuerdos interempresas, nuestros eventos, mensajería interna, etc.3. ORGANIZACIÓN:normas internas, manuales y tutoriales, notas reunión, sesiones clínicas, etc. 4. LABORAL: contratación, nóminas, liquidación de gastos, solicitud de permisos.Otras aplicaciones de la Intranet serán un "Buzón de sugerencias" y un espacio en la nube para alojar y compartir información corporativa. El buzón de sugerencias funcionará como un canal de comunicación interna entre todos los trabajadores y la Dirección con el fin de fomentar una mejora en el clima laboral de la empresa. A través del Buzón se podrán realizar sugerencias, críticas, quejas, aportaciones o todo lo que lo que el trabajador quiera comunicar a sus superiores. Esto además ayuda a la Dirección a conocer si existen problemas a solucionar o mejoras que realizar en la Organización. Finalmente, el espacio en la nube ("Nube HT") será una aplicación de gestión documental y de archivos empresarial, accesible desde la Intranet. Su objetivo es permitir compartir y almacenar la información corporativa, sin miedo a cortes, problemas de conexión o pérdida de información. Además, permitirá tener la información disponible desde cualquier equipo de los centros de trabajo del Grupo. La empresa encargada del desarrollo será Quantico Soluciones Tecnológicas, S.L. (QUANTICOSOFT, S.L.) de Jaén, consultoría especializada en desarrollo de sotware, desarrollos y alojamientos web, márketing online, diseno gráfico, fotografía y audiovisuales. Las fases del desarrollo serán las siguientes:a) Análisis de los requerimientos. Determinar las características de la Intranet a desarrollar en función de las necesidades planteadas. Se estiman necesarias 30 horas de trabajo en esta fase.b) Especificación del software a desarrollar: descripción del comportamiento esperado del software, así como su interacción con los usuarios y otros sistemas. Se estiman 30 horas de trabajo en esta fase.c) Diseno y arquitectura del sistema: descripción general del funcionamiento del sistema, incluyendo un análisis del hardware necesario, red de datos, etc. En esta fase se prevén 100 horas de trabajo.d) Programación: desarrollo en sí de la aplicación, con unas 700 horas de trabajo estimadas.e) Consultoría de implantación: con una duración de unas 380 horas de trabajo, incluye tareas d emigración de datos, puesta en marcha, pruebas y desarrollo de manuales técnicos y de usuario.En total, se estiman como necesarias 1.240 horas de consultoría, distribuidas en 9 meses de trabajo. The project presented consists of the design and development of a communication and internal corporate management tool (Intranet) for Health Time S.L., with access to all the companies that make up the Business Group. The Intranet HT will be an internal information channel for access and use for Group staff. It will facilitate the flow of corporate information, the exchange of content and opinions between the company and its team, creating a space to share corporate data in the cloud in a secure way.The content of the Intranet HT will be updated periodically and structured into four sections:1. CORPORATE INFORMATION: our brand, organizational chart, quality manual, L.O.P.D., style manual, newsletters, etc.2. HT EQUIPMENT: high/low, worker relationship, telephony extensions, suggestion box, surveys, news, training, inter-company agreements, our events, internal messaging, etc.3. Organización:normas internals, manuals and tutorials, meeting notes, clinical sessions, etc. 4. EMPLOYMENT: hiring, payroll, settlement of expenses, request for permissions.Other Intranet applications will be a “Suggestion Box” and a cloud space to host and share corporate information. The suggestion box will function as an internal communication channel between all employees and the Management in order to promote an improvement in the company’s working environment. Through the mailbox you can make suggestions, criticisms, complaints, contributions or anything that the worker wants to communicate to his superiors. This also helps the Directorate to know if there are problems to be solved or improvements to be made in the Organisation. Finally, the cloud space (“Nube HT”) will be a document management and enterprise file management application, accessible from the Intranet. Its aim is to allow the sharing and storage of corporate information, without fear of cuts, connection problems or loss of information. In addition, it will make it possible to have the information available from any team of the Group’s work centres. The company in charge of the development will be Quantico Soluciones Tecnológica, S.L. (QUANTICOSOFT, S.L.) of Jaén, consulting specialised in software development, development and web hosting, online marketing, graphic design, photography and audiovisual. The development phases will be as follows:a) Analysis of requirements. Determine the characteristics of the Intranet to be developed according to the needs raised. It is estimated that 30 hours of work are needed in this phase.b) Specification of the software to be developed: description of the expected behavior of the software, as well as its interaction with users and other systems.
