El proyecto tiene como finalidad la construcción de una nave anexa a las actuales instalaciones de Manufacturas Inoxidables Eratos S.L. destinada a la fabricación de productos para la preparación estática y distribución de alimentos: Fregaderos, mesas, armarios, estanterías, campanas, recipientes... Las instalaciones actuales, localizadas en el Ctra nº 331 Córdoba-Málaga Pk 78, 300 de Lucena, con una superficie total construida de 3.362,28 m2, se les han quedado pequenas para poder atender el aumento constante de demanda de sus productos. La ampliación de las instalaciones de la empresa, les permitirá alcanzar, entre otros, los siguientes objetivos:1. Disponer de una superficie total de instalaciones de 4.645,53 m2. Las nuevas instalaciones tienen una superficie de 1.283,25 m2 2. Incorporar mejoras sustanciales en los procesos productivos de la empresa, con un incremento de la productividad, una reducción de costes y tiempos.3. Creación de empleo y mantenimiento del actual. Se tiene previsto generar 2 nuevos empleos con contrato indefinido a tiempo completo. 4. Incremento de la calidad del servicio al cliente. (Spanish)

The purpose of the project is the construction of a ship annexed to the current facilities of Manufacturas Inoxidables Eratos S.L. for the manufacture of products for static preparation and distribution of food: Sinks, tables, cupboards, shelves, bells, containers... The current facilities, located in Ctra No 331 Córdoba-Málaga Pk 78, 300 Lucena, with a total constructed area of 3 362.28 m², have remained small to meet the constant increase in demand for their products. The expansion of the company’s facilities will enable them to achieve, among others, the following objectives:1. Have a total area of installations of 4 645.53 m². The new facilities have an area of 1 283.25 m² 2. Incorporate substantial improvements in the company’s production processes, with increased productivity, reduced costs and times.3.
