Projekt je zaměřen na celk. optimalizaci finálních procesů výroby, snížení nákladů a materiál. náročnosti výroby a redesign technolog. postupu pro novou variantu EP feritového jádra (tzv. EP5i) za účelem lepšího adresování potřeb zákazníka a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti žadatele.Cílem je rovněž zcela eliminovat rizika mechanického poškození jader při manipulaci; zavedení 100% vzhledové kontroly pomocí kamery a zavedení finálního balení, které umožní zákazníkovi zpracování na automatické lince. a. The aim of the project is to optimise the final production processes, reduce costs and materials. the process for producing a new EP ferrite core (EP5i) to better address the customer’s needs and improve the competitiveness of the applicant. the aim is also to eliminate the risks of mechanical damage to the kernels through manipulation; the introduction of a 100 % visual control by means of a camera and the introduction of a final packaging which allows the customer to carry out a processing operation into automatic lince. a.
