The operation aims at requalifying the public space of the Miradouro and its green surroundings, thus promoting the social and territorial cohesion of this spatial unit. In addition to improving the urban image of the ensemble, it bridges the lack of green spaces and reinforces the physical and functional connections between the northern and southern zones of the Encosta. The eligible investment of EUR 388,217.59 with VAT comprises purchases of real estate, projects and works. (English)
