The main aim of the operation is to integrate young people into the labour market and to improve their qualifications, through the completion of work placements in the local administration, in the very specific context of the Councils, whose tasks will enable trainees to perform their duties in a real working environment, which will contribute to improving their qualifications with the consequent acquisition of skills.
