A intervenção PEPAL constitui para o Município de Nelas uma peça fundamental que possibilita potenciar a modernização dos serviços envolvidos, face às exigências impostas pelas atuais políticas públicas, designadamente a descentralização de competências para as autarquias locais, criando simultaneamente condições para uma rápida e fácil integração no mercado de trabalho de jovens desempregados, evitando riscos de isolamento e desmotivação. The PEPAL intervention constitutes for the Council of Nelas a fundamental part that enables the modernisation of the services involved to be enhanced, in the light of the demands imposed by current public policies, namely the decentralisation of skills for local authorities, while creating conditions for the rapid and easy integration into the labour market of young unemployed people, avoiding the risks of isolation and demotivation.
