Pretende-se ampliar o PEC, constituindo, até, 61 novos lotes, permitindo a instalação de, até, 61 novas empresas, pelo que é necessário a aquisição de terrenos, a elaboração do estudo de sustentabilidade financeira, dos projetos de execução e a execução das respetivas obras de urbanização. It is intended to expand the PEC, constituting up to 61 new lots, allowing the installation of up to 61 new companies, so it is necessary the acquisition of land, the elaboration of the study of financial sustainability, the execution projects and the execution of the respective urbanisation works.
