El proyecto UDL5Y-Tech tiene como objetivo central dar un impulso claro a la transferencia tecnológica de la UdL durante los próximos 5 años, de acuerdo con el Plan Estratégico de Valorización y Transferencia 2016-2020. Principalmente, nos proponemos canalizar el máximo de innovaciones tecnológicas generadas en la UdL hacia el mercado, por medio de la transferencia tecnológica y la creación de empresas en el entorno UdL. Para alcanzar estos retos, se han definido las 8 actuaciones clave: Actuación 1. DETECCIÓN - Incrementar la detección de resultados de investigación con potencial de transferencia. Actuación 2. PROTECCIÓN - Consolidar el número de tecnologías protegidas. Actuación 3. COMERCIALIZACIÓN - Acelerar la maduración de tecnologías y potenciar las acciones de apoyo a la comercialización vía licencia a un tercero. Actuación 4. SPIN-offs - Facilitar la creación de nuevas spin-off. Actuación 5. PROFESIONALIZACIÓN - Mejora de la profesionalización y consolidación del equipo de la Unidad de Valorización y Transferencia. Actuación 6. CALIDAD - Sistematización de la gestión de proyectos de transferencia de la Unidad. Actuación 7. ALIANZAS - Consolidar alianzas estratégicas y construir nuevas relaciones con el entorno. Actuación 8. COMUNICACIÓN - Mejorar la percepción externa de las actividades de transferencia. Globalmente, se busca potenciar la capacidad operativa de la UViT para que nuestros investigadores reciban apoyo profesional y de calidad orientado a la protección de los resultados de investigación y, en último término, conseguir un incremento global de las actuaciones de transferencia de tecnología y de los ingresos asociados. Como resultado, queremos incrementar el número de investigadores alineados con los procesos de valorización tecnológica, aumentar la oferta de tecnologías de la UdL, facilitar la creación de spin-off y de empresas del entorno UdL, estimular la colaboración Universidad-Empresa. The main objective of the UDL5Y-Tech project is to foster the UdL's technology transfer during the next 5 years, in accordance with the 2016-2020 Strategic Valorisation and TechTransfer Plan. Mainly, we intend to drive the maximum of technological innovations generated in the UdL to the market, through technology transfer and the creation of companies in the UdL environment. To achieve these challenges, 8 key actions have been defined: Action 1. DETECTION - Increase the detection of research results with tech transfer potential. Action 2. PROTECTION - Consolidate the number of protected technologies. Action 3. MARKETING - Accelerate technology development and enhance marketing support actions via license to a third party. Action 4. SPIN-offs - Facilitate the creation of new spin-offs. Action 5. PROFESSIONALIZATION - Improvement of the professionalization and consolidation of the Valorisation and Tech Transfer Unit team. Action 6. QUALITY - Systematization of the tech transfer projects pipeline management Action 7. ALLIANCES - Consolidate strategic alliances and build new relationships with the environment. Action 8. COMMUNICATION - Improve the external perception of transfer activities. Globally, it seeks to strengthen the operational capacity of the UViT so that our researchers receive professional and quality support aimed at protecting research results and, ultimately, achieve an overall increase in the actions of technology transfer and associated income. As a result, we want to increase the number of researchers aligned with the processes of technological valorization, increase the offer of technologies of the UdL, facilitate the creation of spin-off and companies of the UdL environment, stimulate University-Business collaboration.
