La correcta acreditación de la ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura a velocidades de al menos 100 Mbp a 269 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante la solución tecnológica GPON en un escenario de «Fibra hasta el hogar» (FTTH), de las entidades singulares de población de Ballesteros de Calatrava, Cabezarados y Villar del Pozo pertenecientes a los municipios con el mismo nombre , de la Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla La Mancha el cual se especifica en el anexo «Ámbito geográfico», así como al cumplimiento de las demás obligaciones.
