La correcta ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios de banda ancha a velocidades de más de 100Mbps a 10.132 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante la solución tecnológica elegida que consiste en una red FTTH que utilizará el estándar GPON, de las entidades singulares de población de La Adrada, El Barco de Ávila, Fabero, El Hoyo de Pinares y San Esteban de Gormaz, en los municipios de La Adrada, El Barco de Ávila, Fabero, El Hoyo de Pinares y San Esteban de Gormaz respectivamente, en Castilla y León, las cuales se especifican en el anexo "Ámbito geográfico".
