El inmueble carece de aislamiento térmico en su fachada, así y para reducir la demanda de calefacción de las viviendas y evitar las manchas de humedad originadas por condensación en los encuentros de los forjados con el cerramiento exteriores se instalará una envolvente térmica en las fachadas principales del edificio (con un aislamiento de poliestireno expandido, EPS).
