Para llevar a cabo esta operación, se va a desarrollar las siguientes actuaciones:_x000D_ _x000D_ 1.Redacción del Plan Director para la regeneración del Barrio de Santa Rita: La elaboración del Plan Directorpara la regeneración del Barrio de Santa Rita permitirá acometer las actuaciones contempladas en estaoperación desde la reflexión, el análisis y el diagnóstico previo de las necesidades y problemas del barrio._x000D_ _x000D_ 2.Reposición y rehabilitación residencial: Esta actuación contempla las siguientes actuaciones: _x000D_ _x000D_ a) Programa de Asesoramiento en materia de Vivienda y Habitabilidad para personas residentes en el barrio de Santa Rita que se ejecutará mediante la contratación de dos técnicos que realizarán las labores de asesoramiento durante un periodo de 36 meses._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ b) Así como la adquisición y demolición de bienes inmuebles declarados en ruinas para la regeneración física del barrio. _x000D_ 3. Urbanización y recuperación de espacios públicos mediante la creación de zonas verdes y nuevas zonas de esparcimiento y juego para la convivencia social del barrio: Actuaciones de ámbito general en el barrio apartir de los resultados del Plan Director para la regeneración de barrio dirigidas a la mejora de espaciospúblicos, como la adecuación de aceras, ajardinamientos, reposiciones de árboles y mobiliario urbano,ejecución de pasos de cebra adaptados, etc., así como la incorporación de nuevos espacios libres yequipamientos al barrio, como es el caso, por ejemplo, de la manzana comprendida por las calles SantSebastià, Pissarro, Del Palmar y Font del Gerro, para los cuales se requiere la adquisición de suelos ydemolición de edificios declarados en ruina, así como proyectos de intervención en el espacio urbanoque además de garantizar la seguridad del entorno urbano, permita la incorporación de nuevos espacios libreso dotaciones.4. Creación del centro de Salud del Barrio de Santa Rita: se llevará a cabo a partir de la conversión de parte deledificio polivalente “Valentín Hernáez” y ti (Spanish)
