El objetivo del proyecto es dotar a los subprocesos del área de postimpresión de conectividad y sensorización avanzadas para lograr un mejor control de procesos. El proyecto implica una actuación para implantar la Industria 4.0 en el proceso de corte digital, que lleva aparejada una actuación para conectar este proceso con el área de preimpresión y una actuación para implantar la Industria 4.0 en el proceso de volteado. La integración se va a realizar empleando tecnología JDF que permite la comunicación con otros dispositivos y sistemas. Con el proyecto se pretende conseguir contar con una solución de corte digital automatizada evita tener que por troqueladoras manuales para pequeñas y medianas producciones y la integración de esta área con el área de preimpresión, gracias a la incorporación de un completo flujo de trabajo que se integra con la solución de corte digital que también se incorpora._x000D_ El presupuesto presentado incluye un Plotter de corte digital Zünd G3 XL-3200 ofertada por SIGNTRONIC y una volteadora automática Busch SWH 125RLA ofertada por OPQ SYSTEMS,_x000D_ siendo subvencionable los equipos presentados o similares.
