Javni štipendisjki, razvojni, invalidski in preživninski sklad Republike Slovenije (v nadaljevanju JŠRIPS ) skladno z Uredbo o porabi sredstev evropske kohezijske politike v Republiki Sloveniji v programskem obdobju 2014–2020 za cilj naložbe za rast in delovna mesta nastopa v vlogi izvajalskega organa in skrbi za doseganje ciljev Operativnega programa za izvajanje Evropske kohezijske politike v obdobju 2014 -2020. Predvidene projektne aktivnosti so nujne za uspešno in pravilno izvedbo načrtovanih ukrepov in za dosego ciljev OP 2014-2020. Cilj projeka TP KS – JŠRIPS – OP 2014-2020 je zagotovitev pogojev za izvajanje aktivnosti, povezanih z razvojem kadrov v okviru Operativnega progarma za izvajanje evropske kohezijske politike v obdobju 2014-2020. JŠRIPS bo v vlogi izvajalskega organa izvajal naloge v okviru naslednjih prednostnih osi in prednostnih naložb:? 8. Spodbujanje zaposlovanja in transnacionalna mobilnost delovne sile (PN 8.1., 8.2. in 8.3.)? 10. Znanje, spretnosti in vseživljenjsko učenje za boljšo zaposljivost (PN 10.1, 10.2, 10.3)Za vsebinsko in finančno koordinacijo na ravni operativnega programa in koordinacijo izvajanja aktvnosti sklada s posredeniškimi organi ter podporo izvedbi programov, ki jih bo izvajal sklad je potrebno zagotoviti sofinanciranje naslednjih aktivnosti:? aktivnost zaposlovanja ustreznih kadrov za izvajnje projektov in aktivnosti v okviru razvoja vsebin razvoja kadrov in štipendij,? pavšalno financiranje,? aktivnosti povezane z izobraževanjem, usposabljanjem in krepitvijo zmogljivosti za boljše upravljanje,? aktivnosti povezane z delovnimi srečanji, izmenjavami dobrih praks…,Projekt TP KS – JŠRIPS – OP 2014-2020 bo v skladu z 8. in 13. členom Uredbe o porabi sredstev kohezijske politike v RS v programskem obdobju 2014 - 2020 za cilj naložbe za rast in delovna mesta (Uradni list RS, št. 29/15 z dopolnitvami, v nadaljevanju: Uredba), pripomogel k delu sklada, kjer bo sklad nastopal kot izvajalski organ. In accordance with the Decree on the use of European cohesion policy funds in the Republic of Slovenia in the 2014-2020 programming period for the investment for growth and jobs goal, the Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, Development, Disability and Maintenance Fund of the Republic of Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as JŠRIPS) acts as implementing body and ensures the achievement of the objectives of the Operational Programme for the Implementation of the European Cohesion Policy in the period 2014-2020. The planned project activities are necessary for the successful and correct implementation of the planned measures and for the achievement of the objectives of the 2014-2020 OP. The objective of the project TP CF — JŠRIPS — OP 2014-2020 is to provide the conditions for the implementation of activities related to the development of human resources in the framework of the Operational Programme for the implementation of the European Cohesion Policy in the period 2014-2020. As implementing body, JŠRIPS will carry out tasks under the following priority axes and investment priorities:? 8. Promotion of employment and transnational labour mobility (PN 8.1, 8.2. and 8.3.)? 10. Knowledge, skills and lifelong learning for better employability (PN 10.1, 10.2, 10.3)For thematic and financial coordination at operational programme level and coordination of the implementation of the Fund’s actuariality with intermediary bodies, and support for the implementation of the programmes implemented by the Fund, it is necessary to provide co-financing of the following activities:? activity of recruiting appropriate staff for the implementation of projects and activities in the context of development of staff development and scholarships, flat-rate financing, activities related to education, training and capacity building for better management, activities related to working meetings, exchanges of good practices..., project TP KS — JŠRIPS — OP 2014-2020 will be in accordance with Articles 8 and 13 of the Decree on the use of cohesion policy funds in Slovenia in the 2014-2020 programming period for the objective of investment for growth and jobs (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 29/15, with additions, hereinafter: The Regulation) will contribute to the work of the Fund where the Fund will act as an implementing body.
