The project involves the construction of MRN2 and the implementation of the JUL in each Port Administration, including the installation of the base hardware and software necessary for its operation. The dissemination of JUL at national level will be preceded by the execution of three pilots (at APRAM, PHC and APDL), as well as integration with the national layer.
