This application follows the process induced by the National Plan Promotion School Success and aims to support the implementation of the Strategic Action Plans (EAP) of schools. Thus, the strategies included in the EAPs will be operationalised by the training plan to be supported, empowering the teaching teams responsible for their conduct and development, in order to improve the teaching and learning process and concomitantly the success of the school (English)
