Predmetna operacija predstavlja vlaganje v izgradnjo potrebne cestne in komunalne infrastrukture v Poslovni coni Južno od Železnice v Žalcu in s tem zagotavljanje pogojev za poslovanje in razvoj podjetij, ki se že nahajajo v poslovni coni, kot tudi zainteresiranih za investiranje v coni v prihodnjih letih. Investicija predstavlja dograditev obstoječe infrastrukture v poslovni coni, ki je potrebna za njeno normalno poslovanje. (Slovenian)
