    Z namenom dvigniti učinkovitost in uspešnost proizvodnih procesov ter zato konkurenčne sposobnosti vključenih partnerjev bomo skupaj pristopili k zasnovi, razvoju in uvedbi pametnih visoko produktivnih mehatronskih orodij, ki bodo na eni strani vključevala visoko toplotno prevodna orodna jekla in na drugi napredne senzorje in senzorske sisteme, s pomočjo katerih bomo spremljali temperature in obrabnost v gravurah orodij obeh proizvodnih procesov ter vlažnost v orodju za brizganje polimerov. Skupaj bomo zasnovali, razvili in uvedli tudi strojni vid, ki ga bomo vključili v proizvodna procesa z namenom merjenja dimenzij proizvodov med proizvodnim procesom in ugotavljanja neustreznih proizvodov (npr. neizpolnjenost polimernih proizvodov, vizualne napake). Ključno za doseganje projektnih ciljev bo skupno, povezano ustvarjalno sodelovanje, pridobivanje in deljenje novih vednosti in znanj ter sodelovanje z zunanjimi izvajalci (razvojnimi in raziskovalnimi organizacijami in podjetji).     In order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes and therefore the competitive capabilities of the partners involved, we will jointly approach the design, development and deployment of smart, highly productive mechatron tools, which will include high-thermal conductive tool steels and, on the other hand, advanced sensors and sensor systems to monitor the temperature and wear in the engraving tools of both production processes and the humidity in the polymer injection moulding tool. Together, we will also design, develop and introduce machine vision, which will be integrated into the production processes in order to measure the dimensions of products during the production process and to identify non-compliant products (e.g. non-fulfilment of plastic products, visual defects). Joint, integrated creative cooperation, acquisition and sharing of new knowledge and knowledge, and cooperation with external contractors (development and research organisations and companies) will be key to achieving the project objectives.
