Namen in cilj razvojnega projekta je razvoj novega samostojnega pekarskega kompleta (tvori ga vzhajalna komora in pekarska parno konvekcijska peč), kjer bo šlo za integracijo svetovnih inovacij, tehnoloških izboljšav in nadgradenj posameznih elementov in sistemov. Nov futuristični pekarski komplet bo pozitivno vplival tudi na zaledne procese podjetja, na ekološkem področju in na področju industrijskega designa. (Slovenian)

The purpose and goal of the development project is the development of a new independent bakery kit (made by the rising chamber and the bakery steam convection furnace), where it will integrate global innovations, technological improvements and upgrades of individual elements and systems. The new futuristic bakery kit will also have a positive impact on the back office processes of the company, in the ecological field and in the field of industrial design. (English)
