Namen je zaposlenim, ki so prepoznani kot ustrezen kader za opravljanje izobraževanega dela v neformalnih izobraževalnih programih za odrasle, omogočiti izboljšanje kompetenc zaradi potreb na trgu dela. Cilj je v programe izpopolnjevanja vključiti vsaj 720 izobraževalcev odraslih v KRZS.Projekt se izvaja od 21.8.2020, ko je potekal žreb za izbor prijavitelja (št. zapisnika žreba: 5442-202/2019/37), kjer so bili izžrebani. Izvajalci so pričeli s pisanjem programov izpopolnjevanja, ugotavljanjem potreb izobraževalcev odraslih in oblikovanjem plana dela. Konec septembra se bodo pričeli programi izpopolnjevanja za izobraževalce odraslih, prav tako se bo začelo aktivno pisanje strokovnih podlag za sistemsko spremljanje potreb po izpopolnjevanju in izvajanje promocijskih aktivnosti. The aim is to enable employees identified as suitable staff to perform educational work in non-formal adult education programmes to improve their competences due to labour market needs. The aim is to include at least 720 adult educators in KRZS in the training programmes.The project has been implemented since 21.8.2020, when the draw was held for the selection of the applicant (No. of the draw: 5442-202/2019/37), where they were drawn. The contractors started writing training programmes, identifying the needs of adult educators and designing a work plan. At the end of September, training programmes for adult educators will begin, and the active writing of professional backgrounds for systemic monitoring of upskilling needs and the implementation of promotional activities will begin.
