Festival Velenje neguje pestro področje prireditvene dejavnosti, ki zajema umetnost, post produkcijo in produkcijo, koncerte, zabavo, izobraževanje, kinematografijo ter sejemsko dejavnost. Zagotavljamo raznolikost in kakovost kulturnih produkcij ter širjenje programov kulturne vzgoje za vse generacije s poudarkom na multikulturnosti, medgeneracijskemu sodelovanju, povezovanju umetniških zvrsti in praks ter socialni vključenosti vseh družbenih skupin.Aktivnosti, načrtovane v sklopu zaposlitev, bodo obogatile reden program Festivala Velenje, vključenim osebam pa skozi pridobljene teoretične in praktične izkušnje dela na področju kulture doprinesle številne nove izkušnje, s katerimi bodo nedvomno lahko bolj samozavestno in uspešno vstopale na trg dela.Udeleženci se bodo tako aktivno vključili v že vzpostavljeno delovno okolje na področju kulture, hkrati pa bodo vključeni v štiri različne celoletne kulturne projekte, znotraj katerih bodo ob podpori mentorjev razvijali svoje poglede, sveže pristope in ustvarjalne produkte. Ciljna skupina so brezposelne osebe (tudi nad 50 let in dolgotrajno brezposelni) in osebe v postopku izgubljanja zaposlitve. Dodano vrednost in obojestransko zadovoljstvo bomo dosegli s smiselno načrtovanimi aktivnostmi, realno zasnovanimi glede na program zavoda ter kadrovske in prostorske zmožnosti organizacije.Zasnovali smo štiri samostojne programe, ki prinašajo nove vsebine in aktivnosti, vezane na štiri različna področja dela javnega zavoda: na področje kino dejavnosti, mednarodnega sodelovanja, povezovanja umetniških zvrsti in praks ter na področje avdiovizualnih in intermedijskih dejavnosti. Za vsakega udeleženca smo pripravili samostojen program dela, v katerega se bo lahko kreativno vključil in s tem tvorno prispeval tako k razvoju določenega področja v zavodu (s svežimi in neobremenjenimi pogledi in idejami) kot tudi k lastnemu razvoju. The Velenje Festival nurtures a diverse area of events, which includes art, post-production and production, concerts, entertainment, education, cinema and fair activity. We guarantee the diversity and quality of cultural productions and the dissemination of cultural education programmes for all generations, with an emphasis on multiculturalism, intergenerational cooperation, integration of artistic genres and practices, and social inclusion of all social groups. The activities planned as part of employment will enrich the regular programme of the Velenje Festival, and the participants will benefit from the acquired theoretical and practical experience of working in the field of culture with a number of new experiences that will undoubtedly enable them to enter the labour market more confidently and successfully.The participants will thus actively participate in the already established working environment in the field of culture, at the same time, they will be involved in four different year-round cultural projects, within which they will develop their views, fresh approaches and creative products with the support of mentors. The target group is the unemployed (including over 50 and the long-term unemployed) and those in the process of losing their jobs. Added value and mutual satisfaction will be achieved through meaningfully planned activities, which are realistically designed according to the programme of the institution and the human and spatial capacity of the organisation. We have designed four independent programmes that bring new content and activities related to four different areas of work of the public institution: cinema activities, international cooperation, integration of artistic genres and practices, and audiovisual and intermedia activities. We have prepared an independent programme of work for each participant, in which he will be able to participate creatively and thus contribute constructively to the development of a particular area in the institution (with fresh and unburdened views and ideas) as well as to our own development.
