La actuación propuesta por la Consejería de Fomento y Vivienda (CFV) en esta operación, consiste básicamente en la adecuación del firme del tramo de carretera A-316 (P.K. 76+00 al 82+300) que se sitúa entre la intersección con la A-306 hasta el final de la variante de Martos y el final de la autovía, ya que en este punto la A-316 continúa con geometría de carretera convencional. Para ello, se va a proceder al fresado de tramos localizados y muy deteriorados, con patología de firme como piel de cocodrilo y blandones, especialmente en los carriles de vehículos lentos. A continuación se realizará la regularización de la calzada y refuerzo del firme, se sustituirán las señales verticales deterioradas y se procederá por último a la ejecución de la señalización horizontal y colocación de balizamiento. The action proposed by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (CFV) in this operation basically consists of the adaptation of the road section A-316 (P.K. 76+ 00 to 82+ 300) between the intersection with the A-306 until the end of the Martos variant and the end of the motorway, since at this point the A-316 continues with conventional road geometry. For this purpose, the milling of localised and heavily damaged sections will be carried out, with pathology of firm such as crocodile skin and softness, especially in the lanes of slow vehicles. The road will then be regularised and the surface reinforced, the damaged vertical signs will be replaced and the road signs will be executed and the markings placed. (English)
