Con cargo a la operación se realizarán actuaciones de reforma de diversos inmuebles residenciales de titularidad pública de la barriada El Rancho, en Morón de la Frontera (Sevilla); actuaciones para favorecer el ahorro energético, es decir, reducir la demanda energética de los edificios; para mejorar la eficiencia energética, es decir, alcanzar unas condiciones de confort térmico con un consumo de energía inferior al inicial; y para implementar el uso de energías renovables. La actuación habrá de conseguir en definitiva una reducción de las emisiones de dióxido de carbono, mediante la mejora de la eficiencia energética según lo especificado en el apartado de objetivos de la presente operación, y siempre respecto la situación inicial de los edificios. Tras el análisis de las patologías de los edificios de la barriada El Rancho, se realizará la certificación y monitorización inicial de su comportamiento energético, analizando que tecnologías concretas y elementos permitirían cumplir los objetivos buscados. Comprobado como el déficit de aislamiento de la envolvente de los_x000D_ inmuebles (aislamiento que afecta directamente a las necesidades de energía para mantener el confort deseado) es la principal_x000D_ patología a resolver, se realizarán las siguientes intervenciones: #Sobre los 11 bloques plurifamiliares de la 3ª fase, promoción de_x000D_ titularidad pública con matrícula SE-0922, que acoge a 149 viviendas, se colocará un aislamiento en las cámaras bajo las actuales_x000D_ cubiertas inclinadas, se insuflarán las cámaras de aire de los cerramientos de fachada (planta segunda y superiores) con lana de roca, y se instalará un sistema de aislamiento térmico exterior (SATE) en las fachadas de plantas baja y primera, y bajo los forjados de viviendas que lindan con el exterior. Igualmente, por el mal funcionamiento de las carpinterías existentes, se sustituirán éstas por_x000D_ carpinterías con rotura de puente térmico y vidrios aislantes térmicamente y frente al ruido, y que permitan la permeabilidad de aire_x000D_ al sistema. Estas medidas pasivas de mejora de la envolvente de las viviendas, se complementarán con la mejora de la instalación de saneamiento, así como implantando una instalación colectiva solar térmica para el agua caliente sanitaria de las viviendas. Sobre las 4 manzanas de bloques plurifamiliares de la 4ª fase de El Rancho, promoción de titularidad pública con matrícula SE-0955, que acoge a un total de 90 viviendas, se sustituirá la actual cubierta plana, con serios problemas de impermeabilización, por una cubierta invertida aislada con lana de roca; material con el que se insuflarán también las cámaras de aire de los cerramientos a_x000D_ galerías. En fachadas se plantea un Sistema de Aislamiento Térmico Exterior compuesto por panel de corcho natural y acabado de_x000D_ mortero acrílico. Igualmente, por el mal funcionamiento de las carpinterías existentes, se sustituirán éstas por carpinterías con rotura de puente térmico y vidrios aislantes térmicamente y frente al ruido, y que permitan la permeabilidad de aire al sistema (Spanish)

The operation will involve the renovation of a number of publicly owned residential buildings in the El Rancho neighborhood in Morón de la Frontera (Seville); actions to promote energy savings, i.e. to reduce the energy demand of buildings; to improve energy efficiency, i.e. to achieve thermal comfort conditions with less than initial energy consumption; and to implement the use of renewable energies. The action will ultimately have to achieve a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions by improving energy efficiency as specified in the objective section of this operation, and always with regard to the initial situation of buildings. After the analysis of the pathologies of the buildings of the El Rancho neighborhood, the initial certification and monitoring of their energy behavior will be carried out, analysing that specific technologies and elements would allow meeting the objectives sought. Proven as the insulation deficit of the enclosure of the_x000D_ real estate (isolation that directly affects energy needs to maintain the desired comfort) is the main_x000D_ pathology to be solved, the following interventions will be performed: #Sobre the 11 multifamily blocks of the 3 rd phase, promotion of_x000D_ public ownership with registration number SE-0922, which houses 149 dwellings, will be placed an insulation in the chambers under the current_x000D_ inclined roofs, the air chambers of the facade enclosures (second floor and above) with rock wool will be installed, and an external thermal insulation system (SATE) will be installed on the facades of low and first floors, and under the forgings of dwellings bordering the exterior. Similarly, due to the malfunctioning of the existing carpenters, these will be replaced by_x000D_ carpentry with thermal bridge breakage and thermally insulating glass and against noise, and that allow air permeability_x000D_ to the system. These passive measures to improve the housing envelope will be complemented by the improvement of the sanitation facility, as well as the introduction of a collective solar thermal installation for domestic hot water. On the 4 blocks of multifamily blocks of the 4th phase of El Rancho, promotion of public ownership with registration number SE-0955, which houses a total of 90 houses, the current flat roof, with serious problems of waterproofing, will be replaced by an isolated inverted roof with rock wool; material with which the air chambers of enclosures a_x000D_ galleries will also be inflated. In facades is proposed an External Thermal Insulation System composed of natural cork panel and finish of_x000D_ acrylic mortar. Also, due to the malfunctioning of the existing carpentry, these will be replaced by carpentry with thermal bridge breakage and thermal insulating glass and against noise, and which allow air permeability to the system (English)
