    El proyecto consiste en la contratación de empresa consultora para la definición de un plan de acción que mejore la productividad de la empresa. Dado el alto número de referencias que comercializa Ayapunt, además de las exigencias de los clientes en cuanto a plazos de entrega y aumentos de dichas entregas, Ayapunt ve necesario la realización de un diagnóstico y plan de mejora de la productividad. Dicho plan consistirá en identificar y evaluar el potencial de mejora existente en la organización industrial de su fábrica y para ello se llevara a cabo a través de fases diferenciadas:-Análisis de los criterios seguidos para la planificación (medio plazo) y la programación de la productividad (corto plazo).-Análisis de los procesos de fabricación en planta.-Análisis de las políticas de aprovisionamiento de materia prima y productos de envases y embalajes.Con el resultado final de dicho estudio, la empresa verá mejorada su política de fabricación y los niveles de stock de producto terminado o semielaborado, eliminando así los cuellos de botella que se producen en algunos momentos.
