A PRELIMINARY EXPERIENCE IN GOAT’S MILK HAS SHOWN THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MAINTAINING THE REFLEX OF THE RETICULAR DRIP (RGR) AS A TECHNIQUE TO MULTIPLY THE WING CONTENT IN MILK BY UP TO 50. These results suggest the mastery of the RGR as an experiential model to know the effects and subsequent development of greasy protection methods on the quality of the products of obtenants._x000D_ the increase in the amount of the fat insurgency, it also makes it more than succeptibly to the oxidation and, for a long time, with more short life. The EMPLOYMENT OF AGROALIMENTARY INDUSTRY SUBPRODUCTS WITH IMPORTANT SUSTAINESS IN Fenolic COMPURES, CAN BE SERVED IN FOOD OF THE OVINO WIN as SUSTAINABLE FUENT OF ANTIOXIDANTS OF NATURAL ORIGIN at COMPETITIVE PRICEs, with the end of which the organoleptic QUALITY AND CONSERVATION OF PRODUCTS (CARNE, Milk and Cheese) WORKED WITH OMEGA-3 GREAT ACTION IS NOT AFFECTATED._x000D_ THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS OBJECTIVE OF NATURAL FORMA FOODS WITH LEVELS OF AG OMEGA-3 SHORT AND LARGA (ALA, EPA and DHA) nutritionally RELEVANTS, used in milky sheep’s winning ratios, different sources of omega-3 fat and employing protection techniques that are resistant to ruminal biohydrogenation. In order to avoid the negligible effects of the GRASE INSATURATION ON CONSERVATION AND USE LIFE OF OBTENIDED PRODUCTS (milk and milk meat) SUBPRODUCTS EFFECTS OF THE ELABORATION OF WINE ASSOCIED TO A HIGH ANTIOXIDANT PODER._x000D_ FORMA chromatogramic techniques will be optimised for the determination of the staff of the AG that permit a quantification of MINORITARY COMPONENTS and TRANS ISOMERS, without the use of a preliminary separation technology. For THE STUDY OF THE EFFECTS OF THE TOTAL PROTECTION OF THE RUMINAL LEVEL GRASES, THE EFFECT OF THE MISMES ON THE QUALITY OF THE QUALITY OF THE LAW MEETING EMPLOYMENT AS SMALL MODEL RUMIANTS WITH FUNCIONAL RGR_x000D_ The RESULTED POTENTIALS OF THIS PROJECT could endorse the search technical PROTECTION OF GRASES PERMITING THE OBTENTION OF FOODS OF RUMIANTS WITH CONTENTS increased in OMEGA-3 OF NATURAL FORM.
