La correcta acreditación de la ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura a 24.846 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante la solución tecnológica GPON en un escenario de «Fibra hasta el hogar» (FTTH), de 37 entidades singulares de población, pertenecientes a 33 municipios de la Comunidad Valenciana, las cuales se especifican en el anexo «Ámbito geográfico», así como al cumplimiento de las demás obligaciones.
