La correcta ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios de velocidad de más de 100Mbps, mediante la solución tecnológica elegida que consiste en una red FTTH que utilizará el estándar GPON, a 1.702 unidades inmobiliarias pertenecientes a las entidades singulares de población de Arcos, Framia, Mesego y Señorin, municipio de Carballiño (O), (Ourense), que será especificada en el anexo "Ámbito geográfico" de la resolución de concesión.
