Namen in cilj RRI projekta je razvoj izdelek, ki predstavlja sadni prigrizek, narejen izključno iz sadja neškropljenih travniških sadovnjakov. Prigrizek bo v obliki sadnega usnja, brez dodanega sladkorja ali drugih umetnih dodatkov. Bo zdrav in funkcionalen prigrizek, ki preseneti z okusom in mehko usnjato strukturo za vse starosti in priložnosti. Cilj je z razvojem in raziskavami pridobiti in zagotoviti možnosti za dolgoročno oskrbo s surovinami visoke kvalitete, ki zagotavljajo prigrizek s hranilno vrednostjo, ki blagodejno vpliva na zdravje in dobro počutje. Z industrijskim oblikovanjem, ekodizajnom in inovacijam na področju organizacije in trženja bo sadni prigrizek uporaben tudi kot turistični spominek ali poslovno darilo, ki bo na izviren način predstavil bogato dediščino – travniške sadovnjake. The purpose and objective of the RRI project is to develop a product that represents a fruit snack made exclusively from the fruit of unscattered grassland orchards. The snack will be in the form of fruit leather, without added sugar or other artificial additives. Will be a healthy and functional snack that surprises with taste and soft leather structure for all ages and occasions. The aim is to obtain and provide opportunities for the long-term supply of high-quality raw materials through development and research, which provide a nutritional snack that has a beneficial effect on health and well-being. With industrial design, ecodisciplinary and innovation in the field of organisation and marketing, the fruit snack will also be useful as a tourist souvenir or business gift that will present the rich heritage of meadow orchards in an original way.
