Namen operacije je v okviru predlaganega mentorskega programa okrepiti znanja in kompetence naših mentorjev na področju ponovne uporabe (re-use), zelenih delovnih mest ter dela z ranljivimi skupinami na trgu dela ter na tej osnovi razvoj transformativnega poslovnega modela ponovne uporabe. Usposobljeni metorji bodo lahko v prihodnje aktivno sodelovali pri razširjanju in implementaciji novega poslovnega modela po Sloveniji ter v tujini. Ker smo v Sloveniji že vodilni na pdoročju ponovne uporabe, se po dodatna znanja podajamo k dobrim praksam in mentorjem iz tujine. (Slovenian)

As part of the proposed mentoring programme, the purpose of the operation is to strengthen the skills and competences of our mentors in the field of re-use, green jobs and working with vulnerable groups in the labour market and on this basis develop a transformative business model of re-use. In the future, qualified meths will be able to actively participate in the dissemination and implementation of the new business model across Slovenia and abroad. Since we are already the leader in the field of re-use in Slovenia, we are presenting ourselves to good practices and mentors from abroad after additional knowledge. (English)
