La correcta acreditación de la ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos consistentes en proporcionar cobertura a 296 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante la solución tecnológica GPON en un escenario de FTTH, de las ESP de Insua, Silvoso, Tourón, Baltar y Parada, todas del municipio de Ponte Caldelas (Pontevedra), lo cual se especifica en el anexo «Ámbito geográfico» de la resolución de concesión, así como al cumplimiento de las demás obligaciones.
