Para la realización de este proyecto -VALENCIA (III)- la tecnología propuesta para la red de acceso de muy alta velocidad es GPON, en un escenario de «Fibra hasta el hogar» (FTTH). Mediante esta tecnología se pretende extender la cobertura a un total de 34 núcleos de población, 28 núcleos de población de los siguientes municipios de la provincia de Alicante/Alacant: Benigembla, Benidoleig, Murla, Orba, Parcent, Pedreguer, El Rafol D'Almunia, La Vall de Laguar, El Verger y Els Poblets, y 6 núcleos de población del municipio de Benicasim/Benicassim en la provincia de Castellón/Castello.
