Mediante esta operación se prevé definir los instrumentos necesarios para avanzar, tanto a corto como a medio y largo plazo, en la regeneración integral de los barrios de Fátima y Franciscanos, según las previsiones de la EDUSI. _x000D_ Los instrumentos a definir de regeneración y revitalización:_x000D_ ¦ Deberán incorporar criterios que atiendan a factores físicos y urbanísticos, ambientales, sociales y económicos, con el fin de posibilitar un trabajo más integral que contribuya a la revitalización de dichos barrios. _x000D_ ¦ Contemplarán actuaciones enfocadas a la mejora integral del entorno y medio urbano (ampliación y mejora de espacios para uso ciudadano, arbolado, etc.) para hacer frente al déficit considerable de espacios verdes por habitante._x000D_ ¦ Deberán identificar espacios urbanos susceptibles de ser transformados para la obtención de nuevos espacios dotacionales y/o la revitalización de los existentes, a través del empleo de las herramientas que proporciona la legislación urbanística (como, por ejemplo, las modificaciones de planeamiento o los planes especiales) o de cualquier otra figura que se considere necesaria (como planes de acción), para lo que se deberá analizar y estudiar la situación de partida y sus diferentes alternativas. This operation aims to define the instruments needed to make progress, both in the short and medium and long term, in the integral regeneration of the Fatima and Franciscan neighbourhoods, according to the EDUSI project. _x000D_ the instruments to be defined for regeneration and revitalisation:_x000D_ They should incorporate criteria that address physical and urban, environmental, social and economic factors, in order to enable a more comprehensive work that contributes to the revitalisation of these neighborhoods. _x000D_ ▷ They will consider actions aimed at the integral improvement of the urban environment and environment (expansion and improvement of spaces for citizen use, wooded, etc.) to address the considerable deficit of green spaces per inhabitant._x000D_ They should identify urban spaces that may be transformed to obtain new dotational spaces or the revitalisation of existing ones, through the use of the tools provided by urban legislation (e.g., modifications of planning or special plans) or any other situation that is considered necessary (such as action plans), to analyse them and analyse them.
