Esta operación pretende favorecer, mediante estrategias negociadas con las personas y con los servicios y agentes implicados, la promoción integral de la población del Barrio del Pilar, de la barriada de la Esperanza y San Martín de Porres, facilitando el mayor nivel posible de autonomía e independencia, propiciando una mejor convivencia, de tal forma que mejore su calidad de vida y puedan ser protagonistas del cambio que se va a producir en sus barriadas, producto del resto de operaciones que se van a llevar a cabo en toda la zona EDUSI. This operation aims to promote, through negotiated strategies with the people and with the services and agents involved, the integral promotion of the population of Barrio del Pilar, the neighborhood of Esperanza and San Martín de Porres, facilitating the highest possible level of autonomy and independence, promoting a better coexistence, in such a way that it improves their quality of life and can be protagonists of the change that will occur in their neighborhoods, the product of the rest of the operations to be carried out throughout the EDUSI area.
