La precaria implantación de NNTT en el ayuntamiento de jaén,especialmente en lo referente a tramitación electrónica y servicios telemáticos, así como la falta de integración de la gestión y recursos urbanosy de la información de la ciudad incide negativamente en la eficiencia y sostenibilidad de los procesos así como en la atención a ala ciudadanía, empresas y visitantes. La debilidad del portal de participación ciudadana es una barrera para que ésta se integre efectivamente en las decisiones de gobierno municipal. La operación integra las diversas actuaciones encaminadas a la implementación de la administraciópn electrónica.de acuerdo a la ley 39/2015 PACAP, permitiendo al Ayuntamiento avanzar en eficiencia, reduciendo costes y tiempos además de agilizar los procedimientos. Incluye también acciones para mejorar la accesibilidad, transparencia y participación ciudadana. Las actuaciones contenidas en la Operación serán un complemento para las demás de la EDUSI pues ésta se integrará en una plataforma de Smartcity. (Spanish)

The precarious implementation of NNTT in the municipality of Jaén, especially with regard to electronic processing and telematics services, as well as the lack of integration of urban management and resources and information in the city has a negative impact on the efficiency and sustainability of the processes as well as on the attention to citizens, businesses and visitors. The weakness of the citizen participation portal is a barrier for it to be effectively integrated into municipal government decisions. The operation integrates the various actions aimed at the implementation of electronic administration. According to law 39/2015 PACAP, allowing the City Council to advance efficiency, reducing costs and times in addition to speeding up procedures. It also includes actions to improve accessibility, transparency and citizen participation. The actions contained in the Operation will be a complement to the others of EDUSI as it will be integrated into a Smartcity platform. (English)
