    La presente operación se trata de una inversión en la construcción de un nuevo equipamiento social. Para ello se rehabilitará el Módulo de infantil del CEIP Ntra. Sra. de Araceli para convertirlo en el comedor escolar del centro. Con ello se conseguirá la promoción de la inclusión social luchando contra cualquier forma de discriminación como establece el programa de equipamientos para la cercanía (LA8). _x000D_ Entre ellos, se encuentra el servicio de comedor escolar, cuyo horario proporciona a los padres y a las madres un apoyo que les permite compatibilizar sus obligaciones familiares y profesionales._x000D_ Además, son una pieza importante en todas las medidas dirigidas a mejorar los hábitos alimenticios de los niños y niñas y prevenir problemas de salud como la obesidad._x000D_ Asimismo, al objeto de asegurar la correcta alimentación de los menores en situación de exclusión social o con riesgo de padecerla, se ha reforzado el servicio de alimentación infantil en los centros docentes públicos de Andalucía, a través de un Programa de Refuerzo de la Alimentación Infantil, promovido por la Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía. _x000D_ Por otro lado, el CEIP Ntra. Sra. de Araceli, aunque es uno de los centros educativos de mayor capacidad de la ciudad, carece de comedor escolar. Esto supone que la ciudadanía que hace uso del mismo se ve obligada a desplazarse a otros equipamientos de la ciudad, para que se les pueda garantizar este servicio complementario de tanta importancia en una zona como el área de intervención de la Estrategia DUSI de Lucena._x000D_ De ahí la importancia de la puesta en marcha de la operación objeto de esta expresión de interés._x000D_ El inmueble municipal sobre el que se pretende actuar se encuentra en el Centro de enseñanza Infantil y Primaria Ntra.
