    El objetivo general de este proyecto es pues el desarrollo de un prototipo de solución para comunicaciones en entornos urbanos que eleve el nivel tecnológico, el alcance y la capacidad de las soluciones Smart Cities. En concreto, mediante el desarrollo de este proyecto se quiere implementar un prototipo que combine el uso de tecnologías de comunicación en bajo estado de desarrollo, integrando las mismas en una misma plataforma para que cualquier dispositivo, en cualquier escenario urbano, pueda integrarse al universo IoT._x000D_ _x000D_ En concreto, este proyecto tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de una nueva plataforma poseedora de un nuevo modelo de comunicación híbrido, que introduzca un nuevo nivel de seguridad, consistencia y redundancia mediante la implantación en diferentes sensores de la capacidad de transmitir y recibir información utilizando dos tecnologías de comunicación muy diferentes y complementarias:_x000D_ - Comunicación NB-IoT, haciendo uso del espectro radioeléctrico y operando en bandas con unas frecuencias portadoras de 200kHz, permitiendo intercambiar datos con las estaciones base a velocidades máximas de 200Kbps._x000D_ - Comunicación B-PLC, haciendo uso de un sistema previo implementado por UVAX en anteriores anualidades, se integrará un sistema de comunicación que utiliza la infraestructura existente de alumbrado público como autopista de comunicaciones PLC (Power-Line Communications) de banda ancha.     The overall objective of this project is therefore the development of a prototype solution for communications in urban environments that raises the technological level, scope and capacity of Smart Cities solutions. Specifically, through the development of this project we want to implement a prototype that combines the use of communication technologies in low state of development, integrating them into the same platform so that any device, in any urban scenario, can be integrated into the universe IoT._x000D_ _x000D_ In particular, this project aims to develop a new platform possessing a new hybrid communication model, to introduce a new level of safety, consistency and redundancy by implementing the ability to transmit and receive information in different sensors using two very different and complementary communication technologies:_x000D_ — NB-IoT communication, making use of radio spectrum and operating in bands with 200 kHz carrier frequencies, allowing to exchange data with base stations at maximum speeds of 200Kbps._x000D_ — Communication B-PLC, using a previous system implemented by UVAX in previous annuities, a communication system will be integrated that uses the existing public lighting infrastructure as a broadband PLC (Power-Line Communications) highway.
