Another OF THE DEFICIENCES IS THE LOW IMPLANTATION OF ADVANCED SYSTEMS OF THE INFORMATION IN THIS TYPE OF PRODUCTIVE SECTORS._x000D_ LOW THIS CONTEXT, THE PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT CONSULTED TO DEVELOP NEW TECHNICAL ADVANCED TECHNICAL AND CONTROL AUTOMATIC CONTROL, in conjunction with new SENSORIAL SYSTEMS, with the end of having a food product, as is the AOV, with the highest quality in human or consumer health and perception terms. THIS OBJECTIVE WOULD THEREFORE FULLY COINCIDE WITH THE SECOND CHALLENGE TO WHICH THE STATE PROGRAMME OF RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION IS ORIENTED TO THE CHALLENGES OF SOCIETY: Food SAFE AND QUALITY._x000D_ TRANSLATE THIS OBJECTIVE TO THE PLAN OF SCIENTIFIC DISCIPLINES TO THE PROJECT, THIS PROJECT would claim the union, IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PRODUCTION OF AOV, of AUTOMATICA, Psychophysics AND HEALTH, constituting REALLY A NEWS IN SCIENTIFIC TERMS DECKING COLABORATION._x000D_ TO BELOP THIS PROJECT PROPOSES A AMPLIO WORKING EQUIPMENT has been designed (TOTAL 12 DOCTORS), INTERDISCIPLINAR (TECHNOLOGIES OF THE PRODUCTION FUNDAMENTLY BY BY PHOTOGRAPHIC SCIENCES AND HEALTH SCIENCE), WITH INTERNATIONAL VOCATION (INVESTIGATORS OF SPAIN, ITALY, INGLATERRA AND SWEDEN) and with direct application in industry, as and as it is demonstrated by the involvement of a MULTINACIONAL LEADER in the manufacturing of AOV EXTRACTION MACHINERY, that of an expert analytic laborator in physical-chemical and organoleptic analysis and a specialised consultor. THE APPLICANT GROUP ALSO HAS AN IMPORTANT NUMBER OF RESEARCH AND TRANSFER PROJECTS, AS WELL AS EXTENSIVE RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURES, WHICH WILL UNDOUBTEDLY BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT THIS PROJECT. (English)
