    La atomización del municipio de Adra en 20 núcleos conlleva la necesidad de mejorar las conexiones entre los diferentes núcleos del municipio. Para ello actualizaremos y adecuaremos los diversos planes de movilidad en Adra con el fin de resolver los problemas de movilidad, fomentando la multimodalidad. Se realizarán obras de conexión de núcleos urbanos de Adra, Puente del Río, La Curva y Cuatro Higueras. Un tramo denominado 1) Adra-Puente del Río, con una distancia de 2.751,01 m. y un tramo denominado 2) Puente del Rio-La Curva-Cuatro Higueras, de 1.714,01 m., a través de carriles bici, impulsando medios de transporte amable con el medio ambiente como la bicicleta, la peatonalización, etc., consiguiendo una reducción de las emisiones de CO2. y la descongestión del municipio.
