ESTUDIAR FENOTIPOS MOLECULARES Y DE DESARROLLO QUE AYUDEN A DEFINIR EL PAPEL DE RVE8, TCP14 Y DE LAS PROTEINAS CON LAS QUE INTERACTUAN EN LAS RESPUESTAS CIRCADIANAS DEPENDIENTES DE LUZ Y TEMPERATURA._x000D_ _x000D_ 2. DETERMINAR COMO LA UNION DE RVE8 A LOS PROMOTORES DE SUS GENES DIANA ES MODULADA TANTO POR LA CANTIDAD Y CALIDAD DE LUZ COMO POR SU INTERACCION CON LA PROTEINA LNK (NIGHT LIGHT-INDUCIBLE AND CLOCK-REGULATED). TAMBIEN SE DEFINIRAN LOS MECANISMOS POR LOS QUE TCP14 SE UNE A LOS PROMOTORES DE SUS GENES DIANA Y COMO ESTA UNION ES MODULADA POR TEMPERATURA Y POR LAS PROTEINAS CON LAS QUE INTERACTUA. _x000D_ _x000D_ 3. Specifically, SE PROPONE:_x000D_ _x000D_ 1. Study MOLECULAR AND DEVELOPMENT PHENOTIPES that assist in FINANCING RVE8, TCP14 AND PROTEINS PROTEINS WITH IN THE Circadian RESPONSES DEPENDENTS OF LIGHT AND TEMPERATURE._x000D_ _x000D_ 2. DETERMINE HOW THE UNION OF RVE8 TO THE PROMOTERS OF ITS DIANA GENES IS MODULATED BY BOTH THE QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF LIGHT AND ITS INTERACTION WITH THE PROTEIN LNK (NIGHT LIGHT-INDUCIBLE AND CLOCK-REGULATED). IT WILL ALSO DEFINE THE MECHANISMS BY WHICH TCP14 BINDS TO THE PROMOTERS OF ITS DIANA GENES AND HOW THIS UNION IS MODULATED BY TEMPERATURE AND PROTEINS WITH WHICH IT INTERACTS. _x000D_ _x000D_ 3. OBTAIN THE LIGHT-DEPENDENT EPIGENETIC AND TRANSCRIPTIONAL PROFILES REGULATED BY THE RVE8-LNK INTERACTION.
