POSTERIORMENTE SE EFECTUARA UN ANALISIS DE ESTABILIDAD ESPACIO-TEMPORAL PARA FLUJOS 2D, DETERMINANDO ASI LAS LONGITUDES DE ONDA INESTABLES Y LAS CONDICIONES NEUTRAS PARA SU DESARROLLO. LAS SOLUCIONES ANALITICAS SERVIRAN PARA VERIFICAR LAS SIMULACIONES NO LINEALES. CARLING), INGENIEROS CIVILES (C. ANCEY) Y MECANICOS (P. BOHORQUEZ) DE TRES PAISES QUE TRABAJARAN DE MANERA CONJUNTA SOBRE LOS ASPECTOS COMUNES PARA OBTENER UN CONOCIMIENTO MAS CERTERO Y RESOLVER LOS PROBLEMAS EMERGENTES. SE USARAN DATOS PROPORCIONADOS POR EPFL Y PROTECCION CIVIL QUE PODRAN BENEFICIARSE DE LOS RESULTADOS DE ESTE PROYECTO Y DE LA INVERSION REALIZADA. FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE GILBERT’S PIONEERING EXPERIMENTS (1912), A SAINT-VENANT-EXNER MODEL ALLOWS THE CALCULATION OF BEDFORMS WITH A COMPUTATIONAL MODEL AVERAGED IN HEIGHT, WHICH CONFERS GREAT SPEED IN THE NUMERIC CALCULATIONS AND ALLOWS, AS PROPOSED IN THIS PROJECT, THE RECONSTRUCTION OF FLOODS AND EXTREME FLOODS BY COMPARING THE DIMENSIONS OF BED FORMS CALCULATED WITH 2D NONLINEAR DIRECT SIMULATIONS AND INFERRED FROM GEOLOGIC REGISTERS (RIDES, DUNES, ANTI-DUNES, POOLS, SIDE BARS, AMONG OTHERS). _x000D_ are PLANTING THREE STUDY SITES FOR THE EXPERIMENTAL MEASURES AND REGISTERS OF SEDIMENTS NEED FOR THE modelling: GRAVEL RIVERS ON HIGH SLOPE IN THE CANTON DE VALAIS IN THE SWISS ALPS (BOHORQUEZ AND DARBY, J. HYDROL., 361:240-261, 2008; ANCEY, BOHORQUEZ AND BARDOU, ERCOFTAC BULLETIN, 100:37-52, 2014; TRAVAGLINI, BARDOU, ANCEY, BOHORQUEZ, ENG. GEOL. SOC. TERR., 3:477-481, 2015), MEGA-GLACIAL LAKES ON GRAVEL BEDS IN THE MOUNTAINS OF ALTAI SIBERIA (BOHORQUEZ, CARLING AND HERGET, INT. GEOL. REVIEW, 2015) AND LOW SLOPE RIVERS WITH HIGH AVAILABILITY OF FINE SEDIMENT IN THE UPPER BASIN OF THE GUADALQUIVIR RIVER (BOHORQUEZ ET AL., PROC. River FLOW 2014, TAYLOR & FRANCIS, 1711-1719; Bohorquez Y COL., JIA2015)._x000D_ IN THE FIRST PLACE THE CALIBRATION OF MODEL Parametres (GRANULAR Diffusivity, INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE Erosive FLUES, SEDIMENTATION TASA AND GRANULAR VELOCITY) will be verified by the COMPARATIVE OF 1D SDSVE SIMULACIONS (Ancey Y BOHORQUEZ, 2015) AND EXPERIMENTS IN FLOWS ON GRAVAS LILKS (Ancey, BOHORQUEZ Y HEYMAN, JGR, 2015; HEYMAN, BOHORQUEZ AND ANCEY, JGR, 2015). SUBSEQUENTLY, A TIME-SPACE STABILITY ANALYSIS WILL BE CARRIED OUT FOR 2D FLOWS, THUS DETERMINING UNSTABLE WAVELENGTHS AND NEUTRAL CONDITIONS FOR THEIR DEVELOPMENT. ANALYTICAL SOLUTIONS WILL BE USED TO VERIFY NON-LINEAR SIMULATIONS. Finally, the model will be amplified to large-scale floods in RIOS DE GRAVA, ARENA and CONFIGURATIONS LAGO GLACIAR TYPE._x000D_ THE PROJECT BENEFICE OF THE 32 % COFINANCATION OF THE BUDGET PRESENTATIVE MEDIANCE RECURSES (PROJECTS IN COURSE IN THE PARTICIPA OR IS RESPONSIBLE IP: JAEN PROVINCIAL RURAL BOX, JAEN UNIVERSITY AND SWISS NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION._x000D_ This project inviolates physical geographies (P.A. Carling), C. Ancey and MECANICOS (P. BOHORQUEZ) OF THREE COUNCIL common ASPECTS TO BETWEEN MORE KNOWING AND RESOLVING EMERGENCY PROBLEMS. DATA PROVIDED BY EPFL AND CIVIL PROTECTION WILL BE USED TO BENEFIT FROM THE RESULTS OF THIS PROJECT AND THE INVESTMENT MADE. THE OBJECTIVES ARE FRAMED IN THE WATER FRAMEWORK DIRECTIVE (2000/60/EC) AND FLOODS (2007/60/EC) AND ROYAL DECREE 903/2010 ON FLOOD RISK ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT. (English)
