ALGUNOS EQUIPOS PRINCIPALES SON LOS SISTEMAS DE DETECTORES DE PARTICULAS PARA ESPECTROSCOPIA NUCLEAR DESARROLLADOS LOCALMENTE (GLORIA-IONES /SAND-NEUTRONES), LOS PROTOTIPOS DE UNA NUEVA GENERACION DE DETECTORES DE PARTICULAS CARGADAS (GHT), BANCOS DE PRUEBAS PARA EL ANALISIS DIGITAL DE IMAGENES, SALA LIMPIA CON SISTEMA DE METROLOGIA, TALLER DE MECANIZADO DE ALTA PRECISION, LABORATORIO DE MICROELECTRONICA, CON OSCILOSCOPIOS DE GRAN ANCHO DE BANDA, CADENAS ELECTRONICAS Y LA MAQUINA DE PRODUCCION DE PCBS. _x000D_ PARA REALIZAR ESTAS INVESTIGACIONES PROPONEMOS UN PROYECTO COORDINADO ENTRE INVESTIGADORES DE LA UNIVERSIDAD Y EL HOSPITAL JUAN RAMON JIMENEZ. EL OBJETO DE LA COORDINACION ES AUNAR LA EXPERIENCIA Y LOS EQUIPOS DE LABORATORIO PARA EL DESARROLLO DE INSTRUMENTACION NUCLEAR DE GRANDES DETECTORES PARA ACELERADORES DE PARTICULAS. ADEMAS, EL PROGRAMA DE FISICA NUCLEAR EXPERIMENTAL PERMITIRA ACCEDER A LABORATORIOS INTERNACIONALES DE IONES PESADOS, PARA TEST DE DETECTORES E INTERCAMBIO DE TECNOLOGIAS DE ACELERADORES._x000D_ EL DESARROLLO DE DETECTORES DE PARTICULAS SE REALIZARA EN COLABORACION CON LOS GRUPOS EUROPEOS RELEVANTES EN PARTICULAR CON LA COLABORACION HIE-ISOLDE (CERN, GINEBRA), QUE SE BENEFICIARA DE LOS DESARROLLOS REALIZADOS POR EL GRUPO PREVIAMENTE EN LA COLABORACION GHT (LABORATORIOS DE FAIR-ALEMANIA, SPIRAL2-FRANCIA, LNL/INFN-ITALIA) QUE REALIZAN DESARROLLOS COMUNES PARA CONSTRUIR UN DETECTOR EUROPEO DE PARTICULAS CARGADAS TRANSPORTABLE, QUE PUEDA EMPLEARSE EN LAS INSTALACIONES EUROPEAS DE IONES PESADOS DE BAJAS ENERGIAS (<~100 MEV/U) COMO UN SISTEMA ESPECTROSCOPICO AUTONOMO O COMO DETECTOR AUXILIAR DEL DETECTOR GAMMA AGATA. LA FISICA DE ACELERADORES DE IONES PESADOS ES UN AREA DE CRECIENTE INTERES EN ESPAÑA, Y ESTE PROYECTO PRETENDE CONTRIBUIR MEDIANTE LA PARTICIPACION EN EL DISEÑO DE UN SINCROTRON DE IONES PESADOS PARA EL FUTURO ACELERADOR EUROPEO DE ALTA INTENSIDAD (ECOS), RECOMENDADO POR LA FUNDACION EUROPEA DE LA CIENCIA. _x000D_ UN VALOR AÑADIDO DE ESTE PROYECTO ES EL EMPLEO DE INFRAESTRUCTURAS CIENTIFICO-TECNOLOGICAS SINGULARES, TALES COMO EL CENTRO NACIONAL DE MICROELECTRONICA EN BARCELONA, Y EL CENTRO NACIONAL DE ACELERADORES EN SEVILLA. IN THE INSTRUMENTAL PART, OUR COLLABORATION WILL CONTINUE TO INSTALL AN ION DETECTOR IN CERN (HIE-ISOLDE) TO CARRY OUT REACTION STUDIES, ALONG WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF PARTICLES BASED ON DIGITAL PULSE ANALYSIS AND PROXIMITY ELECTRONICS, NECESSARY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DETECTORS IN INTERNATIONAL NUCLEAR PHYSICS LABORATORIES. _x000D_ the INVESTIGATION IN NUCLEAR SPECTROSCOPY AND NUCLEAR INSTRUMENTATION would be based on the development of the BORATORIES and INSTRUMENTS that the group has acquired and developed in the previous years in the NATIONAL PARTICUL PHISICATION PROGRAMME (FPA) and the EU. SOME MAIN EQUIPMENT ARE THE LOCALLY DEVELOPED PARTICLE DETECTOR SYSTEMS FOR NUCLEAR SPECTROSCOPY (GLORIA-ION/SAND-NEUTRONES), PROTOTYPES OF A NEW GENERATION OF CHARGED PARTICLE DETECTORS (GHT), TEST BENCHES FOR DIGITAL IMAGE ANALYSIS, CLEAN ROOM WITH METROLOGY SYSTEM, HIGH PRECISION MACHINING WORKSHOP, MICROELECTRONIC LABORATORY, WITH LARGE BANDWIDTH OSCILLOSCOPES, ELECTRONIC CHAINS AND PCB PRODUCTION MACHINE. _x000D_ to conduct these researches we propose a coORDINATED PROJECT BETWEEN RESEARCH OF UNIVERSITY AND HOSPITAL JUAN RAMON JIMENEZ. THE PURPOSE OF THE COORDINATION IS TO BRING TOGETHER THE EXPERIENCE AND LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NUCLEAR INSTRUMENTATION OF LARGE DETECTORS FOR PARTICLE ACCELERATORS. In addition, the EXPERIMENTAL NUCLEAR PHISICATION PROGRAMME will enable the international bureaucratorships of standing IONEs to be linked to the development of detectors and intercommence of ACELERATOR TECHNOLOGIES._x000D_ the development of PARTICULAR DETECTORS will be carried out in conjunction with the European groups that are involved in participating in the HIE-ISOLDE COLABORATION (CERN, GINEBRA), who would benefit from the development by the group ahead of the GHT (Fair-GERMANY LABRATORIES, SPIRAL2-FRANCE, LNL/INFN-ITALY) that perform common development for the construction of a transportable EUROPEAN DETECTOR OF CARGED PARTICULES, that can be integrated into the European INSTALATIONS OF IONES OF LOWER ENERGY (<~100 MEV/U) as an AUTONOMO SPECTROSCOPIC SYSTEM or as AUXILIAR DETECTOR GAMMA AGATA DETECTOR. THE PHYSICS OF HEAVY ION ACCELERATORS IS AN AREA OF GROWING INTEREST IN SPAIN, AND THIS PROJECT AIMS TO CONTRIBUTE BY PARTICIPATING IN THE DESIGN OF A HEAVY ION SYNCROTRON FOR THE FUTURE EUROPEAN HIGH INTENSITY ACCELERATOR (ECOS), RECOMMENDED BY THE EUROPEAN SCIENCE FOUNDATION. _x000D_ an added value of this project is the use of SINGULAR SCIENTIFIC-TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURES, AS THE NATIONAL CENTRE OF Microelectronics IN BARCELONA, AND THE NATIONAL CENTER OF ACELERATORS IN SEVILLA. SEVERAL HIGH-TECH SPANISH COMPANIES HAVE SHOWN THEIR INTEREST IN THE PROPOSAL. (English)
