La correcta acreditación de la ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura a 4.578 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante la solución tecnológica GPON en un escenario de «Fibra hasta el hogar» (FTTH), de las entidades singulares de Atzeneta del Maestrat y Playa de Almazora , en la provincia de Castellón de la Comunidad Valenciana, los cuales se especifican en el anexo «Ámbito geográfico», así como al cumplimiento de las demás obligaciones.
